With 30 employees, the single-office The Collaborative Companies, specializes in developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing programs for large-scale, vertical urban and suburban development projects throughout Greater Boston. The Collaborative Companies is currently involved in more than $1 billion dollars of projects in the Greater Boston area. NRT is the nations largest residential Real Estate brokerage firm and operates Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, with a corporate office in Waltham, Mass. This Business Acquisition strengthens NRTs vertical urban and suburban development in the Greater Boston area.
