New Director Chosen to Oversee The Marvont Group’s Mergers and Acquisitions Campaign

After earlier this year revealing its aggressive growth through mergers and acquisitions strategy…

Online PR News – 08-July-2015 – The man selected to head up Marvonts industry growth campaign with its budget of $30 million, is 43 year old Jason Kwee. Mr. Kwee is a Hong Kong native who studied at the Hong Kongs oldest institution of higher learning ‘The University of Hong Kongs School of Economics and Finance‘, before starting his career at Lehman Brown where his work saw him heavily involved corporate restructuring. His last employer, prior to joining with The Marvont Group was what was once Hong Kongs second largest family owned bank, Wing Hang prior to the institution being bought out in 2014 by the Singaporean OCBC, a deal which Mr. Kwee helped oversee from its initial stages of negotiations through to its complete integration with the larger foreign lender this year.

“Jason Kwee was our companys leading candidate to oversee our growth and acquisition strategy given his excellent track record in this field and his keen understanding of the business landscape in the region,” detailed Ms. Susanne Wong the Marvont Groups Public Relations Director.

Mr. Kwees new position at Marvont as its Director of External Business Integration, will see him take responsibility not only for the venture capital companys own impressive plans for growth in the community, but also lead a team of consultants who will be advising clients in regards to their needs in their own mergers, corporate restricting and proposed acquisitions. With the number of high profile and large scale mergers and acquisitions taking place over the last twelve months the demand for experienced advisors to help navigate the often highly complex arrangements has grown in turn, with companies like The Marvont Group increasing services in response.

The Marvont Group we foresee an ever increasing demand from our overseas based corporate clients to take advantage of the high rate of market growth in this region through conducting lateral mergers with local companies, something that Jason Kwee and his team will be ideally suited to assist with. This will of course be his follow on focus after the companys own growth and development plan,” expressed Ms. Susanne Wong of the Marvont Group.
